Thanks for ruining my car

I've had a bad experience with your brakpan branch by carnival mall. I took my car for a major service and 3 days later the turbo blew, when i stopped the car to check what happened i saw there was no oil in the car so i assumed the engine ceased up. I took it back, they investigated what happened and concluded it was the turbo and then sent the turbo in for tests. The turbo place gave me 4 possibilities with what might have happened, it was either dirty oil or not enough oil or the diesel mixed with the oil and lastly that a foreign object went through the turbine which caused the bearing to cease. They gave me a quote of R14000 to repair all the damage and they were willing to help me with some of the costs on labour and instead of replacing the turbo, have it refurbished. I found somewhere else to do it cheaper so i towed my car away from the service centre.

When i was leaving nothing of my car that was taken out was put back together or put back in the car, all the pipes still had oil in, they didnt clean the pipes before putting it in my car they just gave me a plastic sheet to put it on.

My brother in law and i put the turbo back in and that's when we noticed that CV joint was out and my oil dipstick was broken. The fact that they didnt tell me the CV joint was out when i towed the car is disgusting and disappointing considering i treated everyone at the centre with respect and never once screamed or shouted at anyone.

After puttin the turbo in the car still wasn't right so i sent it in to a place that deals with turbo cars. They noticed my power steering, ABS and wiper blade wiring had been burnt and the vacuum pipe for the turbo had been broken.

Really disappointed that before my car went in for the service i enjoyed driving it and now after it going for the service and everything i experienced with the brakpan branch, i no longer feel the same way about my car and im considering selling it.
