Terrible service

They did not check my dif oil levels at a major service. Then when my dif failed within two weeks, they said I must get it looked at at a Car Service City, which I did. The guy told me he thought they should have seen the leak, but later denied this. The call centre also refused to give me a recording of the phone call or their name. Terrible service
