Terrible service! Car Service City Clearwater They lost my lock nut set and are refusing to take accountability. Despite visiting the store in person and making several follow-up calls, all I’ve received are excuses instead of real solutions.

On my first visit, the manager, Jimmy, claimed he would speak to the operations manager to resolve the issue—but I never heard back. I followed up the next day by phone, and again, they promised to call me back but never did. I returned to the store, and Jimmy showed me what was clearly a **** invoice, claiming the part had been ordered and would arrive soon. He also tried to shift the blame onto the mechanics, even though he was the only person I dealt with during the booking.

The staff have been completely unhelpful, even suggesting I lost the lock nut set myself—despite the fact that it was never returned to me. I asked them to review their security footage, but they refused. I’ll be going back on Monday, likely just to receive another empty update.

I strongly advise against using this shop. Their service is poor, their staff are unreliable, and they clearly prioritize money over customer care. Proceed with caution.
