Terrible service and Treatment

Good day I would like to voice out my dissatisfaction with the service that I received from Car Service City in Horizon View. On 24/04/2017 took my BMW car for service and call in was told is ready I can come collect it. On my arrival I was told that they are just finishing, and the gentleman by the name of Clive start looking and scratching everywhere, looking and making calls to whoever he was making a call to but it turned out that the call was about a missing Oil Filter for my car that was supposed to have been delivered together with other parts to service my car. About 5-10 min later he confirmed that it was found ‘Oil Filter’ and finally I was free to go after having waited close to an hour despite being told before leaving my office that the car was ready. Sunday morning of 14 May 2017, while moving my car out carport I notice oil split on the paving and I examine the car and soon I notice oil coming from oil filter cap. On 15 May 2017 after having phoned Car Service City in Horizon View, took my car to them, and Clive told me that I was leaking from Oil seal (Oil ring) of the oil filter cover however he told me that it was also leaking from the gasket of the same oil filter. He told me that it`s was not their responsibility to fix that gasket and that were not responsible to replace the oil seal in the first (referring to the oil seal he just replace after the leak). He told me service does not include replacing of (oil ring) oil seal of the oil filter, that came as a surprise to me and that was not related to me. I have made some contact around and I have been told that oil filter kit it comes with oil ring (oil seal). The now leaking gasket is the result of the pressure and over-heating from the oil filter cap. My car has never leak before from where it is leaking now (the gasket) it all happen after they have done service on it. Something raises suspicion the fact that after the service was done, first day, I was given to take home the old air filter but the old oil filter was not given to me. I am not even sure even if the oil filter was changed in the first place. I have lost quantity of oil because of the leak and ask Clive they have top-up and he said yes, but to my surprise when I check the car on my way from them, it the same level if not before. I did not hear even once Clive apologising for the inconvenient I really did not think i was going for more preoblems by chosing Car Service City to service my car.
