Terrible disgusting service

<p>I took my car for servicing and repairs lat year January and parted with over R30k. A few months down the line i noted that the car light that inidcated when the car was heating up and immobiliser were non functional.</p> <p>Needless to say before the 6 months guarantee expiry , the car's engine failed , and we had to tow the car to Johannesburg from Polokwane. Our car has been there since July 2016, no contact from the manager Siphiwe who only talks to us when we call him.</p> <p>Last week when we went to the service provider the car was not there and we were told that it is being repaired somewhere.</p> <p>We have lost faith in Car service city and will not consider referring anyone to them for service or repair.</p> <p>In the proces sof involving our attorneys and other stakeholders to get our lost monies for paying for a car that noone is driving.</p> <p>Poor poor service....I am so disgusted.</p>
