Swapped parts and car damage

I took my car for service today 05/11/2015 They said it a major service which my understanding is major things would be replace. No one explained to me that their major service is what is normally a minor service.<br> I then explained to them that the water bottle lead needs to be replaced bt they told me they dont have parts. Then i left and waited for them to call me b4 they do the service.when they do call me they told me theyre done with the service but there are lot of things needs to be done that would cost R12000. they said the water bottle is broken n has affected some things.Which 2 my understanding its a lie,my car was in good condition all along.When I went to fetch the car, to my suprise when i see the invoice on what they did was not a major service. and they told me thats their major service. When i asked them why didnt they explain to me they said its in the pamphlet.I didnt came there with a pamphlet how was i suppose to know whats in there.They were suppose 2 explain to me what the major service is.When i inspect my car,they swapped the water bottle, it ws so dirty n old. i told them thats not mine,they insisted it is.i didnt want 2 sign they said they wont gv me d car
