super extremely bad service

If you really value your car stay away from car service city. first time last year I took my car to them for a major service, 2 weeks after the service was done my car started showing engine light signal of which it never happened before then I took It for diagnosis else where and they discovered that 2 engine plugs were left unplugged then I though it was an honest mistake and the fella warned me not to use car service city anymore. Then for my 2nd service this year the very same thing happened again and at least this time I knew where to find the problem so I fixed it my self and the engine light signal went off however when I picked up my bonnet i also found that my bonnet shocks are not holding anymore and my car was in a perfect shape when I gave them, Im not sure if they are doing these errors on purpose to have you back for more business or they just *********** but if you take your car to them It is likely to come back with more expensive problems which you never had before.
