Sunninghill Car Service City lack of service

Really not pleased with the service I'm getting from this branch -booked a service on the 26-03-2024, was told my radiator is critically leaking and needed to be replaced, tried to reject this repair but was told by the sales adviser that its crucial to replace -provided them with the policy number to get the radiator replaced via my warranty plan - called every day for updates as I never received one call during this time, was told that they are waiting for authorization from dial direct -Thursday(28-03-2024) still no call from the branch, called them and was told that they still waiting, 5:30 they told me to pay full for the work done as they can't release the car without full payment, was told that this will be sorted out first thing on Tuesday morning(01-04-2024) - On Friday 05-04-2024 and I'm still waiting for the branch to get this done... -I was told by the branch manager that they will refund me the amount that dial direct sends through, but theres still some miscommunication -I had good experiences with Service City in the passed but I am now in deepest regret taking my car to one of your branches... the service is beyond poor

Today is the 19/04/2024 and I'm still waiting for this to get done, i complained twice via the Car Service City site and I still haven't received a call from them to get the full story, they responded via email is asking me for the authorization email to forward to the branch... this should be done with the RMI approved branch and the Warranty people as per previous experiences. It should never take a whole month to wait for something so small

If I didnt pay and get my car on the day I would have still not had my car and I'll be here complaining about the same without my vehicle in my possession, all this was just for service to be done on my car.

There is no customer service here at all, I wouldn't recommend anyone to use their service no matter the price.
