POOR POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE from a so-called MANAGER called Boka.How did this VERBALLY ABUSIVE, immature grown-boy become a manager ?

If you hate POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE stay away from this place!!!

He rudely told me to go to the car's manufacturer while I was enquiring over the phone.(Oddly enough, I should have listened).

I went for their service the following day. He aggressively banged on my car...I told him to not do that....he got offended and told me to take my car somewhere else...he acts like he is the owner of the business !!....I disliked his service so much that I agreed that Car Service City _Thohoyandou is not the right place for me/my car.
