Shocking Service / ***** / Lies

Exactly 12 weeks to today my car was booked in for service. car collected later that day, get home and there is oil spewing from under the car. Check oil in engine NOTHING. Next day call CSC and they arrange to have the car towed from West Rand ( where I live ) to midrand branch. The tappet gasket was put on incorrectly resulting in the oil being spewed out of the engine. They repair and I get the vehicle back. To be done at the time of the service was also the replacement of the glow plugs - which they did and charged me a hefty price for. Last week Thursday vehicle wouldn't start at all. Same thing Friday and the following weekend. Monday manage to get the vehicle to another svc center near my home. They replace the glow plugs with genuine glow plugs ( cheaper than the ones charged for by CSC ) and GUESS WHAT vehicle starts. I then ask Mandla what make glow plugs installed and he says NGK. I got the old ones ( 12 weeks old ) back and have it assessed by NGK. Not their product. A glow plug from HKT - cheap Chinese. So I was **** to and cheap stuff installed but charged for NGK. Natasha has now absolved the company from any wrong doing saying the 3rd party is biased !!! YEAH RIGHT
