SHOCKING service by Car Service City Fourways !!!!!!

Took my Audi Q7 in to get the air suspension checked as it started leaking air and dropped. I actually had a buyer for the car and had around a week to get it all sorted.

Car Service City Fourways found the leak in a plastic pipe under the car . While it was there I paid them to also sort out the front brakes which I paid them for. Can you believe CSC Fourways tried to repair it with TAPE !!!!

I was horrified and got the the correct high pressure joiner myself and then they managed to fix it in 5 min.The Q7 then pumped itself up again and there was a fault light that they wanted to clear on the dash. They put their diagnostic computer on to clear it and the whole vehicle dropped again! The mechanic told me they were having problems with their machine and the battery. The pump air pump kept running and running and I warned them that they may overheat and damage it ! 2 days later I made a call to get the car towed to Audi as they were NOT winning!!! Audi came back to me saying the air compressor pump had been burnt out and quoted me 58k to replace!! I got a used pump and had it all sorted out for just over 10k ! By this time I had long lost the buyer for my car !!!!

I then contacted the owner Stelios to ask if he could please compensate me and he blocked me on Watsap and told my he will contact his lawyer!! Wow can you imagine how shocked I was !!!!!

I have taken so many vehicles to Stelios at CSC Fourways and paid them so much money before without question and this is how I get treated!!!! Stelios also owns the Midrand branch of Car service city and 2 others!! So my advice is to find out who the owner of at the CSC is first before even THINKING of taking your car there !!!

Please beware of this man’s integrity and how he will treat you as a client !! BE WARNED !! BE CAREFUL and STAY AWAY !!!!!!!!!!!
