Service not carried out effectively

Had made notes on the things I needed to be checked on the car and nothing was done, I asked for a hand break adjustment and a boot latch to be tightened but nothing was done.

No call or update to let me know of other concerns with the car during its assessment. Definitely a different service I receive from other branches.
