Service light and Refund

Car Service City Clear water, i took my car in for service and i have gone back three times just for them adjust my service light, it keeps popping up after after 300kms. the manager Dion said there might be a problem with the switch he checked it and said everything is fine, but guess what the light has popped up again!! How difficult can it be to reset a service light that i have to go there thrice? the light has popped up AGAIN meaning i will be going for the FOURTH time now WHAT?? They also charged me for a window switch that was not compatible with my car and i am yet to receive my refund TWO months down the line.
