SERVICE CITY BRUMA

This is the worst company ever I took my car to them as the alternator was not charging the battery. Upon collection of the vehicle, They had to jump start it. When I asked why they jump-starting it they said that the problem is with my battery. I found this weird as this was a new battery. after collecting the car the same day the car switched off on the high way and there was oil everywhere. I took the car back immediately and asked that they put the car on diagnostics to see what is wrong with the car. The lady called me and said that the crankshaft seal needs to be repaired. I told her to proceed. When my parents collected the car on Friday the 4th of September they told me that the battery is still not being charged and they used my moms car battery as we both had the same voltage battery. On Saturday at 12h39, I send them a WhatsApp telling them the car is still leaking oil when we were driving and the car switched off and there were oil and water everywhere on the floor. when I went back to them on Monday they send out someone to come look at the car they said the engine ceased refused to resolve the matter. this is the worst service ever.
