Car service city has pathetic service claiming your car will be done in 2 hours yet they take 5 hours, they offer a service ride back to a destination and they make you use your own Car! They quote you over the phone when you get to counter they give you a higher amount than expected. Another issue is their payment issue while they have issues with their bank payments they make it seem like I was in the wrong yet my payment was successful informing me I cannot take my car until the funds reflect on their side after 24 hours!!! ERG NEVER AGAIN WILL I USE YOUR PATHETIC SERVICE. Your company claims to be affordable yet you are not! My advice to consumers PLEASE call around other places before deciding to use these people. You will be getting riped off. I expected better service the second time using you but clearly nothing has changed. Good riddens !!!!!
