Scary

Please stay away from these people, they insult your intelligence and don't even have qualified machanics working for them. Took my car in for inspection, they can't give me the diagnostic report, tell me there email is down yet in the same breath tell me they will email me the quote, that I still didn't get. The job card shows my car was booked in at 7.00 and then out at 7.30 yet they only call me at 13.54 to tell me I can come and collect. Why did my car have to be there all day? The receptionist says one thing the guy another and you can clearly see the expression is that of his talking nonsense. You pay for inspection that doesn't get done, my car was dirty as hell and no finger smudges etc on my wheels or anything. My engine light all of a sudden was on then my car gets reset with this so called diagnostics machine that I can't get the report of. Just because I am a woman does not mean I know nothing about cars. To top it off they say I need to flush my radiator then in the same breath tell me to replace it as it is leaking, now that was caused by them as I had no leaks on my radiator I checked the car myself to try see where the leak was coming from. I could not reach where the leak was coming from to see it hense why I had them check. Welsh plugs are nowhere near you darn radiator, If the radiator was leaking it would have shown when I inspected it as I was by the radiator and checking the radiator plugs to see when my fan kicks in. What did I pay for is my question.
