SADLY DISAPPOINTED - Mission statement contradictory to Companies Values
<p>Hi there</p> <p> </p> <p>I just wanted to state my feedback …</p> <p> </p> <p>As much as I gave my approval for the radiator due to my desperation and now checking with other companies for the resolving the same issue, sadly the price difference is almost R5,000.00 basically double the price and with looking to what your company stands for , “We specialise in affordable service and repairs of all makes of cars and bakkies … at affordable prices in the most customer pleasing manner… ”</p> <p> </p> <p>You are more than welcome to call Silverton Radiators – Centurion Radiators 012 – ********** / ********** 078</p> <p>For Toyota Corolla 16i GLE 2000 model for a price</p> <p> </p> <p>My first experience was good with regards to your company doing my CV’’s on a prior occasion.</p> <p> </p> <p>This time, sadly heavily disappointed with a broken heart and am actually horrified that Customers are being **********.</p> <p> </p> <p>Here is my experience from what I observed yesterday</p> <p>I got to the shop Car Service City Rivonia @ 15H40</p> <p>The radiator only arriving from the supplier @ 17H00</p> <p>At 17H08 the radiator was installed including putting of the Antifreeze and water.</p> <p> </p> <p>From the above that is 8 minutes</p> <p>Now considering they probably needed to do a compression test that would be another 10 minutes at the most</p> <p>Uninstalling of the radiator I would give it another 15 minutes at the most</p> <p>In total we probably looking at 50 minutes</p> <p>Even if your most amateur mechanic uninstalled it, give that another hour.</p> <p> </p> <p>Then I assume new radiators come with radiator caps, I was invoiced additional for this.</p> <p>Labour 4 ( FOUR ) hours – R1,800.00 – I guess I would do that in half the time.</p> <p> </p> <p>Attached is my invoice</p> <p> </p> <p>Note that this will be added to hellopeter ++ for the public to know as well how they probably getting ********** contrary to your values.</p> <p> </p> <p>I honestly regret doing business with your company seing how much you rip people off</p>
