The car service centre markets itself in affordable and efficient motor services. We see their marketing team handing out flyers on every corner at every robot in Johannesburg. <br> Yet, I am sad to report that where they make up in marketing, they lack in providing quality service.<br> My car was dropped off at 8am, by 12:23 I was told I needed to replace certain parts, by 3:47 I was told the parts can only arrive the next day, my car stayed the night despite my hesitance.<br> The next day I was told by 12:49 that they are unable to replace the parts as the parts are unavailable. My charge however for repairing parts was only R1500 less than what I would have paid for new parts. I was told my car would be ready by 2:25, at 3 upon arriving to collect my car I was told it is being washed. Arranging for someone else to collect - my partner came at 4:30 and was told the car was being washed. STILL.<br> I am unhappy with their waste of my time as well as money only to be told my parts were repaired and not replaced. <br> Despite their boasted \cheap"rates"
