Revolting service from Car Service City Linden - Randburg

terrible service from Car Service City Linden Randburg. I took my car in today for a burnt-out clutch plate and service, I had to call the branch two times and no one could give me a quote, I eventually physically went to the branch to be given a hand-scribbled quote amounting to R 10 417, on top of all this I still do not have my vehicle back and I had to call the branch again to ask about the progress on my vehicle at 17:18. The branch manager promised to call me back to make arrangements for the car to be fetched this morning or tomorrow morning however to my astonishment he still has not called me back. This branch made no arrangement to drop me off at the office or at home!!!! revolting service !!!!!
