Refusal to release vehicle

Car Service City Table View refuses to release vehicle after receiving proof of payment. This after we requested to make payment in advance on Friday, this is a business vehicle that is supposed to transport 80 people tonight!!!! I have already emailed my lawyers and we are holding car service city responsible for additional labour hours and costs to transport these people!!!!
