R4,000 later and my original problem is still not fixed

I took my car to Car Services city in Paarden island and asked for a service and reported that the car was jerking. I paid R4,000 and the car is still jerking. This is life threatening particularly at intersections.

It is apparent that their business model is to make money where they find all kinds of other faults but they failed to fix my original problem.
