R31000 AND STILL NO SERVICE

I booked my car for service in June 2023. I was quoted 7000. I paid and the car was not fixed. I was told to pay an additional 15000 for something else now, second diagnosis. I had to raise funds and returned my car in November 2023. I booked the car in they diagnosed again 3rd time. Now on top of the R1500 I was told an additional 8000 is required for something else now.... Computer box to be specific. My car has been there for the past 2 weeks and still I haven't got it. Yesterday my I was told I must pay additional 1000....and the guy who the manager referee to as "my guy" wanted to take the car to his residential area in Goodwood. I thought our cars are kept at the workshop not in somebody's house...... I'm currently fearing for the safety of my car. Yesterday I was meant to drive to EC but was told that my car will not be ready...... Today is a public holiday and I told I will have the car.... Right now I can't do anything or make any commitments cos I'm told the car will be ready. Still they have not called. Eugene who is the Manager there at Car Service Center Montague gardens and his team, the entire company I just wanna say your service suck. I've never seen such a sarcastic Manager in my entire life. The matter was escalated by myself to Lerato Maake, whose doesn't even acknowledge the receipt of my emails. I am paying this company R7000+R15000+R8000+R1000=R31000 and the service I'm getting is mediocre. I'm beginning to thing that even Lerato Maake is pretending to be assisting me. I called yesterday and she was on another call (maybe with a more important customer) and my call was not returned....... My experience with CAR SERVICE CITY has been nothing but torture.....
