R1900 way to much

to previous complaint Gary said they cannot give me an amount they first have to strip it than give me a quote but the R1900 they will waiver only if they are gonna do the job which i feel is not fair but if they dont do the job they cannot release my vehicle unless i pay them the R1900 which i feel is to much money just to strip a vehicle and nothing has been done .I for once taught it would not be that much and because they did my vehicle in february and it cost me R1800 it might not be something major he called me back and gave me a quote of R9300.00 I almost fell from my chair told him I dont have that much money not even with thre salary that i earn I went to them on 23rd May to see if they cannot work out something less than that amount Gary said he has to speak to Johan who is the owner I informed him mother alone a house to maintain I cant affor that and the amount for me to release the vehicle is way too much says he will call me on Monday he than phoned me and said he spoke to Johan and Johan says cant help I have to pay that amount I tried calling their Head office was told to speak to Natasha Botha who deals with the complaints to date she never called me .
