Pulling out my hair with car service city jet park

<p>My car had a water leak, Took it into Car Service City Jet Park, They told me the water tank was damaged. The car was due for a service to told them to do the service. Their quote included a list of things to be repaired. I asked them to do the cambelt kit on the list. I got my car back, Idrove to work and noticed water still leaking. I took the car back. Supposedly they did the diagnostics and told me there is no fault. I kept on filling my new water tank which cost R1199. Afterwards I heard from several people that you can buy it for R200!!!! I had my water and oil checked by a petrol attendant when I was filling up with petrol. He showed me that my oil was murky. I contacted car service city who in disbelief told me to bring my car in. Then I was told that I must bring my car the Monday. They would give me a lift to work since I have had to take off several times due to my car not fixed. The Monday there was no car to take me to work so I had to drive my car that has the water leak , with their driver to my work. He then drove my car all the way back to Jet park. The afternoon I got my car back. Nothing was done but was told to bring it in the following day as it needed to go to the engineer. R10800 later I was phoned by I assume the owner who asked me for a further R150 cash deposit fee as cash was paid into their account!!!! When I collected my car, I heard it sounded louder than usual. days later and my car sounds like it wants to explode. Inow have to take off work yet again to take my car in. I am starting to suspect that they damage ones car in order to get more work.Ifeel that I have been totally **********. I am a widow with a child still studying. I do not have this kind of money!! R17000 later and still no joy. Really wish someone can help</p>
