Problem solver

Took my car in for service and when I went to collect it. The cable of the boot was broken and thus the lever to open the boot was not working. I showed the man who was assisting me and said I should bring the car back. When I did after stories that the man moved to another branch and upon being called didn't want to help. Eventually Royce took accountability of it and booked me in to bring it back and it was fixed at the company's cost. I applaud you Royce for good customer service.
