Poor workmanship on vehicle parts came loose

Lynnwood branch - Car service city replaced my back brake shoes. After driving the car for around 4 months my brakes went and my handbrake failed.

This could have caused a danger to my life and damage to my vehicle. I had to get a second opinion on my vehicles failures and it was found that the mechanic at Car service city never installed the parts correctly which caused it to looses and failure on the brakes and handbrake.

As per car service city they guarantee against defects arising from faulty workmanship but due to this being out of the period this is nil and void.
