poor workman ship

Im very disgusted about the service which I have received in you r branch I took my car for a minor service but that’s where the problem started , it’s started overheating and I called the manager by the name of Edmond he said to me I should bring the following day which was a Saturday but I couldn’t because I had some commitments but I was greatly inconvenienced , but eventually I took back the car on Tuesday the told that there some few things that I need to buy which I did but the problem persisted but now I find myself in a situation that has cost more what I bargained because my car was fine I just wanted a minor service but my car started giving me problems and now I have a problem somebody is not about to help even Vanessa she is not help I’m think I’m going to take this matter further because I’m not getting any help by now which makes me very angry and I have wasted too much money petrol and other expenses which I have incurred but I’m not assisted .
