Poor Service ********

In July I took my car in at car service city Glenridge where they said it needed to be stripped for them to see where the problem is with the car. I was charged a stripping fee and given a quote of 35000 to fix it. 3 months down the line, we go and collect the car as they said it's been fixed. Because my car wasn't moving when I took it in, I expected that they will get it back on the road for me. It took them over 3 months and when I went to collect the car, it wasn't starting properly, it had the engine light on and another warning light which I never saw before. The car drove with no power and it switched itself off while driving. I then sent it back and they said the problem was with the manifold. Now they are chargine another 6500 for something they missed to begin with. I am not a car mechanic but I think that if they had checked properly, they would have picked up all these faults to begin with. I also don't understand how they tested the vehicle before sending it out if it wasn't driving properly, the cranking when you turn on the ignition just shouts poor work. I am not pleased at all with having to pay another 6500 for something they missed.

I need my car fixed ASAP but I will not pay more money for poor workmanship and service.

Please resolve this as soon as possible.
