Poor Service lairs.

From the moment I walked into their Sandton branch, I was treated like a second class citizen. They changed oil, spark plugs and the air filter on my Polo Vivo, and charged me labour for 2 HOURS. It cannot take that long to change those items.

They then didn't clean my vehicle in the interior, of which I didn't have a problem with. What frustrated me was the fact that the vehicle had grease stains all over my seats, gear leaver and steering wheel.

When I asked the person who was assisting me about whether they do not wash engines, he rep**** "we do not wash engines, you should have checked our website. Further, your car would have misfired if we did that". This is utter nonsense. I have been servicing with VW for the past 7 services and they always washed my engine without any issues. This place takes advantage of people who they feel are laypeople when it comes to motor mechanics. I would never recommend it to anyone.
