Poor service from car service city

We take a car into car service city in Germiston to fix the light and indicator And wiring at steering wheel. Sha ask to take look at the v belt and call with quote They never did ,they call on Saturday and said car is fix we can come and collect.they can't send email as systems is down When my daughter arrived the lights and indicator didn't work and they give her bill of 580 for VBelt ,multi v belt and change of something else and the fix the wiring.R5800 what ripoff both was fix wat was ask for and they replace thing with out calling as requested.bad service never every will use them again and will never recommend them There was also lady do service they charge her double for the service then any other garage charge they said if she wants the car she must pay
