Poor Service

On the 20th of December we took our 2014 Chevy spark there for a minor service. We were advised to do the water leak and stabiliser. We were also informed about a comprised cooling system that might have affected the engine itself.

On the 8th of Jan, we returned to compete the other advised work, which they did.

On the 20th of Jan, I noticed the car was leaking water again, after travelling from PE to Greyton. I called them and told them this case, which they then advised to go to my nearest CSC which was 2 hours from my location.

I then made a decision to go to my nearest RMI approved mechanic to get it sorted, as travelling 2 hours with a leaking vehicle would cause more stress and damage.

Not only did the techs not flush the system after "fixing" the water leak, they did not ASK/ADVISE us on doing so. The coolant cap was worn, they again, did not advise us to get this done. Which was the main cause of the leak.

They conveniently shrudded of this and said I should have stuck to driving the 2 hours. Only after this complaint did they offer towing services.

After spending more money and wasted time, I personally feel this service center is not worth the hassle that they give back. Definitely do not recommend.
