Poor service delivery

This franchise fix people's vehicles and don't give proper reports so that you must go back to them with new issues created by them.

The service is very poor to say the least and even though they were working on the vehicle they don't take responsibility for their mistakes.

They use poor quality part that does last and when returned to them they come up with new faults just to avoid taking responsibility.

They milk clients and don't always provide receipts
