Poor service delivery

Booked my car for a major service at Car service City on Thursday, 03 December 2015.<br> I was told that my car would be ready within 2 - 3 hours. <br> I was contacted telephonically, informing me that there was extra work that needed to be done and that my car would only be ready the next day, Friday, 04 December 2015. I gave them the go ahead. <br> I was again contacted on Friday by Jeff, informing me that there was a delay due to the agents sending the wrong parts. He promised to phone me later the afternoon to give an update as to how far the job was. <br> I never received any call back. <br> I phoned this morning. I was told that Jeff was busy on another call and they would get him to call me back. <br> After 10 minutes I still hadn't had a response. I phoned again, this time to be told by another person that Jeff was not there!! When I first communicated with Jeff I explained to him that I could not go long periods of time without transport due to the fact that I am disabled and need my car to get around. <br> A job which initially should have been completed one day later than expected has now become 4 days and counting. I still haven't heard from them and still don't have my car back. <br>
