POOR SERVICE CAR SERVICE CITY KYALAMI

I think these guys are a big *******, they advertise these low prices, but when you visit them you will be in for a shocker. I recently had a bad experience at the Kyalami Downs , Car Service City, which was one go many. Just asked for a simple service and was presented with a bill of R17 000, which I had not authorised. After much to do this was reduced to R8000. I just wanted to collect my car , and get as far from these guys as possible. They promised the car on the Friday , it was not ready. Then promised it on Saturday, I never received any call, phoned them and they said the car was ready, I can collect. When I arrived there the owner was busy with a client, said I should just wait a few minutes which I did. When he finished he did not help me, I said all I want is to pay and take the car, he stated they have procedures, I must wait for the other guy. By now I got very frustrated and stated to the owner I want to take the car, he said I cannot, and then pushed his security alarm, like he was u under a major threat. All quite pathetic. I will never go to any car service centre ever again.
