Poor service and unresolved brakes

I took my car to Car Service City in Benoni, Lakeside 21 Victoria Avenue, in May. The car was serviced as usual, and after the service was told that brake pads needed to be replaced, and after I did send a car back for that, when a car was returned it had strange sound when driving anything above 80km and was worse when applying breaks. I took a car and Alfie Haylock was rude, and disrespectful, and with a stinking attitude, denying everything and the car stay at the workshop the whole day without being touch or checked, and had to return a car again and he did same thing and I then drove with him, and he then said with attitude and rude they'll fix the car I must return it again as they did not test it before. I brought the car back and he then change and said I have to pay because they did skimming because they had to save cost whereas they should have replaced the disc and this was done without my knowledge, worse himself Alfie confirm that they are more cost concern than anything else, and initially they said they must replace brake pads, all of sudden skimming was done instead of replacing disc, and now have to pay for it, worse I had to return a car for that and later on day when I went to the workshop only to find they never did anything and claiming they didn't get correct disc, this is Mazda 2 of 2018 model. He then said when they get the disc, they'll call and it's been weeks now without them calling and the breaks aren't resolved till today and this is high risk and Car Service City with their personnel particularly Alfie Haylock putting my life in danger, and other road users in danger.
