Poor Service and theft

A friend of mine, Danie on the 27th of June, took his BMW F30 3 Series in to repair the timing chain, which they confirmed was the issue in the car. The parts to repair the vehicle were provided. So instead of fixing the timing chain, they stole a catalytic converter from the car that affected the exhaust system and made the car smoke and idle's at a high rev, the fan. This is costing him dearly I'm utterly disappointed and appalled in the service delivered by The Strijdom Park branch of Car Service City
