Poor service and poor quality of work.

I have been servicing my car with this particular branch from 2020 and did not have any issues with them. The last 2 times I took my vehicle there it was not a good experience. I had to take my vehicle back to them 2 times and the last time had to take it back 3 times and the problem is still not solved. They replaced the cv’s and had to take it back 2 times for this and this past Saturday again as there is a bad noise coming from the left side of the vehicle, just to hear now that it is the shock absorber bracket or something that they have not touched, yet they were the only people working on it. He promised to give me a quote for these parts on the Monday the 2nd of September 2024 and I’m still waiting for this call. They have broken the alarm siren and replaced it with a broken or defective one where there is no sound coming out. The manager also promised to let me know when he will have the new one and it’s now 2 weeks and is still waiting. If I ask about it he says he forgets as he is very busy. This is very inconvenient as I have to make time to take my vehicle back to them.
