Poor service and lack of knowledge

I had my car at CSC 3 time in 2 weeks, first of all the do a full check and repair, after receiving the car, 2 days later had to replace the clutch, and a futher day or 2 later in the replace the outer CV's... The car started making a noise after about 400km and it had a vibration on the left side. I took the car to CSC East London, and they said the inner CV's need to be replaced. How is this possible??? I spent +-R 18000 in the 2 weeks. And still get stuck... Was it even necessary to change the inner CV's and I have to pay labour to do the same things over and over!?? <br>
