Poor Service and Communication

I booked for a car repair and I was given the date of today and time they said I must arrive is 07h00 and I was here from 06h40 now its 09h45 no proper help and communication. They dignosed the car the said its themostat housing an hour late another machanic comes and says its a fludge. We have to push them to do their work and also they require us to pay the full amount not considering the 3 hours we waited now approaching 4 hours. I came here because I believed and trusted them to be professionals but the customer service is very bad.
