Poor service

Car service East London, after servicing my car at their service centre. 4 months after changing the clutch, clutch cable was snapped, phoned car service city asking if they didn’t check cable when they were replacing the clutch they said no. And I bought new cable, it was then replaced, after a couple of days a cable was snapped again. Replacing it again, and it was snapped again. I then went back to car service city asked to check if this is not clutch related. They then shifted the blame pointing to the person changed the cable. Even now they still don’t want to take accountability.
