Poor service

We recently booked our car in for a service and were left very unimpressed by the quality of the service we received.

Within a few weeks, the car was making noises once it started which WAS NOT the case before. One of the belts that were replaced had slipped. Additionally, the clip securing the pole that holds the bonnet open had been broken. We were not informed of this and no apology was made. Finally, we were not impressed that a set of stickers advertising the company had been app**** to the back window of our car without our permission. We definitely do not wish to advertise the company.
