Poor customer service

Car Service City Service has dropped from top standard to down the drain. All they concerned about is money but don’t provide good service to their clients. I took my car through for service on the 04th September 2019. That period of xenophobia attacks in Johannesburg. Knowing the conditions in that area they still accept my booking. After two hours I was called in to come pick up my car, that they done with the service. Initially I was shocked that they were done so quick and that I was not called about car diagnosis and still that I need to fix. Got to the branch to pick up my car. Found it outside the store as there were closing already but when I was called I was told that because of the attacks happening in the area, they scared of picking my car in store because they fearing that stores would be burnt, but didn’t think about the safety of my car. Later on I experienced some issues with my car after the service had been carried out. Called the branch to advise them about the issues and advise to bring the car in. Took it back several times and still haven’t received any assistance from them.
