Poor communication, poor customer interaction, dishonesty and no communication upon people that are working there

Very disappointed at C****rvice City Komani, booked my car for some repairs a month ago and paid everything cash on the first date of booking. It’s been a full month now and some of the parts are still short.. communicated with the guy that was helping me yesterday (2 March), he said I should pick up the car today (3 March) they will have it prepared for me… went to Queenstown (Komani) at exactly 3pm arrived at the venue and the guy that helped me book my vehicle was not available, he came at around 3:30 only to find out that the car was not prepared as he had not told the guys at the workshop to prepare it yet day before he told me that I could come pick up the vehicle… He apologised and told us to come pick up the car Monday, first of all it’s a waste of money and time to go to this venue only to find out what I was promised was not done… it’s very bad the fact that one branch could ***** the image of the whole franchise to such a bad experience, I dont recommend anyone to visit this branch at all, especially if you’ve paid for everything up front cash! YOU WILL BE THE LAST TO RECEIVE YOUR VEHIVLE!!
