Poor and ridiculous service

Am just in disbelief for such a massive franchise but my car has been with them since Monday afternoon till now no diagnosis as they claim they dont have car electrician on site. Looks like they one for all their centers, and he has been promising to visit their Fourways crossing since Monday..shocking service
