Pathetic service, labor and client care!!!

My car went in for a service end of Jan 2014, when I got there I was told it will take 3 hours for my service and I was given a price, I ended up sitting there for the ENTIRE day due to the wrong parts being ordered etc. Not only was the waiting frustrating but after waiting this long for a service that was said to take 3 hours I was told that the service would be more (amount) the individual gave the wrong price!!! I finally got my car before the sun went down and to my surprise along the way home noticed that my car was overheating - this was due to car service city not replacing oil or water in my car during the service. MY ENGIN ALMOST CEASED !!!! I had to rush to the closest garage to replenish this at my cost again! <br> As soon as I got home I phoned car service city and informed them of this but to date have not received any feedback unless I phone constantly I am obviously not even going to receive a phone call back!<br> After this \wonderful service"my clutch also went and my car had to be toad in and have a bunch of things repaired that was not even mentioned in the assessment that car service city gave me. Which cost me another R 7550.00.<br> """
