Pathetic service

I have a VW Golf that needed major service. I took my car to your Illovo branch for a service to be done. I was pleased at first to find that it had been done in 1 day, however after driving home I realized that the car still was making a noise. I then decided to take the car back the following day, with the hope that it would be fixed. <br> <br> This was a Friday and I was unable to take it back on the weekend. I paid more than R9000 to get my car fixed at Car Service City, with still no decent service. With my car still not fixed I decided to take it back in the hope of them fixing it and since I paid so much they needed to. To my distraught they still have not fixed my car despite the numerous attempts to give them a chance to fix the problem.<br> The service is pathetic and I really don't think that they know what they doing. <br> I phoned the branch and they still want me to come back after 3 attempts. the manager at the branch is very rude and does not know what customer service is. I am really disgusted by the service provided by car service city. My car is not fixed and I still need to get it fixed. I want my money back..
