Pathetic service

<p>On Thursday, 25 May 2017 i made the biggest mistake by calling Car Service city for a quote. I explicitly stated that i wanted all four filters changed on my service and stated the types of filters that i wanted changed. thereafter Car Service City Edenvale quoted me R2500 and i made the booking for the next day. I took the car in on Friday and they dropped me off at home. Christo called me at 12:30 and stated that the heater valve is to be replaced. I asked him for an official quote and that still has not been sent yet it is a week later. I also told him to tell me when the car is done. At 16:20 i called and they said that the car was ready at 15:00!!!!!!! they forgot about me.</p> <p> </p> <p>when i asked if they changed the pollen filter they said that they did not. Pathetic. when i asked for the quote i distinctly stated that i wanted the pollen filter replaced as well.</p> <p> </p> <p>i took the car in for a second opinion on the water leak and it is not the heater valve but the water pump that has to be replaced. Does Car Service City even know anything about cars?</p> <p> </p> <p>I still did not receive the quote from them for the other items to be replaced.</p> <p> </p> <p>when i called the head office customer care division they did not bother apologizing and said if i booked the car in to another place why am i even complaining to them. Is that customer service? that goes agaist their vission and mission on their website.</p>
