Over Priced service with no Guarantee

Took my car for service on the 29.08.2015 and was told to pay R2.500 for Major Service which include replacing a brake light bulb which was not working. Less than three months later the Bulb is not working again and I called the branch, this guy with wrong attitude told me something is wrong with my car's electrical components without even inspecting the car. Out of the blues there is no Guarantee on all globes. If I was told there's no Guarantee I would have changed it my self with a new one which would have been working by now.
