Never Service Your Car Here

Looking to take your car and let professionals service it? Please don't take it to Car Service City, You won't enjoy the Service, after service, or if you need someone to stand by your side! I took my car in for service that cost R2495 and 2 days later the battery was flat.(they Checked it they say). I called them to help me and they refused at first, and with going back and forth they eventually agreed to come and jump start the car.(Must give them credit for that, thank you). Now the real story starts... Trying to jumpstart the car, one of the workers had the terminals switched around and a BIG BOOM happened at the battery connection. The car then eventually started. I drove 30min with car, switched it off and no power again. left my car in parking lot of shopping complex and walked home!! Next day I phoned on opening hour and no one wanted to help me, said that they checked the car and its fine. "They are in this business to make money" words from the owner.I phone head office and the same thing from them!! After buying a new battery, that night my wife and I left for Worcester and the car left us on the road with the major breakdown from the engine. I called my insurance to tow us back home. I'm sitting at home with no one to help after a Major Service has been done to the car??? yes a major disservice!!! Car Service City being the most unprofessional group I have worked with. Now I have to find another place to help me and another exorbitant cost out my pocket.
