Never make the same mistakes

The worst decision I've ever made.

On the 1st of June 2023,which was on a Saturday, I took my car (BMW F20) to Car service city Montana to get a quote on fixing my leaking radiator . On the 3rd Monday morning, they called and told me it will be 9.2k including labor, so I gave them a go ahead to continue with the labor. They promised I will get the car back by Tuesday latest, but that didn't happen. I had to phone in on Wednesday morning to check what's happening with the car, and I was told that they still busy with it, I'll get it on Thursday. Thursday afternoon I phoned in again, I was told they still busy with it, I'll get it on Friday. Friday I get called thinking my car is finally ready for collection, when I get there,I'm being told that my car can't get started because it has lost signal of the key and the starring wheel is locked so they need me to give Them a bit more time to figure it out. I found the interior of the car stripped out, it was just a mess, and I immediately knew I've made a bad decision. I had no choice but to get a rental car for time being, which is something that I didn't budget for . When I finally got my car back the following week on the 8th of June, thinking now it's a relief, now my car has other problems that Car city service Montana caused. First the air-conditioning was not working. It makes a rattling sound when I accelerate. The auto start and stop function is not working anymore. The interior parts are not put back together neatly as found.

I sent the car back the on the 14th of June to have it fixed properly and told them my complaints, but the only thing they managed to do is to have the air-conditioning refilled. They told me they also updated the software for the start and stop function and I should give it a few days, but still it ain't working.

Everyday driving my car is just a sad moment for me. Car service city Montana just F#CKED up my car. My car just lost value!
